Once you buy Frexam Promise, we get on a quick call, confirm your preferred date and city, and book your official IELTS, PTE, or Duolingo English Test for you on the official portal. The exam fee is paid at the official rate, only once your slot is confirmed.Already booked your exam somewhere else? No problem. We add the mock test and the guarantee to your existing booking.

You take one mock test on our platform

It opens 8 days before your exam and you can sit it on any day in that window, right up to the day before. One full-length, supervised mock on our platform. Your mock result becomes your guaranteed result.

You sit your real exam

You take our mock test, which sets your target. Then you take your real exam. If your real overall score comes in below your mock test, your retake is half price. Simple as that.

It's a full-length mock test that closely predicts your real exam score. It matters because it is the score we stand behind. We're confident enough in it to back it with a half-price retake.

When your real overall score comes in below your mock test. For IELTS that's the overall band, a full band (1.0) below; for PTE it's the overall score, 5 or more points below; for the Duolingo English Test it's the overall score, 20 or more points below. Sectional scores do not matter for the guarantee, only the overall. You can see exactly how it works with the calculator above, and your retake is then half the usual price.
